About The Role

You'll own day-to-day email infrastructure and outbound sequences: domain health, deliverability, and sequence setup and iteration. Technical proficiency and execution are central—you run the stack, iterate on what works, and collaborate on messaging tests.

Compensation

Up to $165,000 max total annual compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).

What Success Looks Like in 30 Days

  • Email infrastructure and outbound process defined and owned by you; you run the show.
  • Early deployment campaigns live with clear reporting on deliverability, opens, and reply rates.
  • Domain health and list hygiene under control; you're iterating on sequences and collaborating on messaging tests with the team.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and iterate on outbound email sequences
  • Monitor domain health and deliverability; follow platform best practices
  • Support list hygiene, segmentation, and handoff to CRM where needed
  • Collaborate on messaging tests and reporting

What We're Looking For

  • Technical proficiency and execution — you own email campaigns (setup, send, optimize), not just advise.
  • AI exposure for personalization or automation (sequence tools, AI-assisted copy) is a key requirement.
  • Tech stack familiarity: Email platforms (e.g. SendGrid, Mailchimp, Instantly, Apollo, GoHighLevel), CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive), domain warmup/deliverability tools.
  • Cold outbound or lead gen experience. Strong communication; you work with a technical lead on problem-solving.
