About The Role
You'll run and optimize automated LinkedIn outreach—campaign setup, sequences, and tooling (e.g. Dripify or similar). This is the automation lane: APIs and SaaS tools, not manual DMs. Technical proficiency and execution are central—you own the stack, iterate on copy and sequences, and document what works.
Compensation
Up to $165,000 max total annual compensation in Tier 1 cities; cash and equity components to be negotiated (amount reflects combined cash and equity components).
What Success Looks Like in 30 Days
- Tech stack chosen and automation framework implemented (tools, sequences, and guardrails in place).
- Early reporting on connection rates, replies, and meetings booked—no platform violations.
- Messaging and targeting aligned with our lead gen playbook; you're iterating on copy and sequences and documenting what works for manual outreach.
What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
- Technical proficiency and execution — you run LinkedIn automation tools and campaigns that generate leads or meetings (not only content or brand).
- AI exposure for automation is a key requirement — you use or have used AI to personalize messaging, vary cadence, or build automated flows.
- Tech stack familiarity: Dripify, Phantom Buster, Clay, GoHighLevel, Zapier/Make, CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive), enrichment tools.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn automation/outreach tech (e.g. Dripify, Phantom Buster, Expandi, Sales Navigator). Able to work with technical support on tool or API issues; strong communication.
