The Business Development / Account Manager will be responsible for driving growth through new client acquisition and existing account expansion in the IT staffing sector. This role combines technical understanding with sales expertise to deliver staffing solutions to organizations requiring IT talent.

This FULL_TIME position offers the opportunity to work ON_SITE and collaborate with a passionate team dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs
  • Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or a related field
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
