Absolute Elder Care is seeking a Remote Health Care Navigator to join our dedicated Nursing team. This part-time position, based in Ocala, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the health and well-being of our clients while working remotely.

As a Remote Health Care Navigator, you will play a vital role in guiding patients through their healthcare journey, providing essential support and resources to ensure they receive the best care possible. You will collaborate with various healthcare professionals and assist clients in navigating complex healthcare systems, making a significant impact on their overall health outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $88,000 annually, along with flexible work arrangements and a supportive environment that values your contributions to our mission of providing exceptional elder care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in understanding their healthcare options and services
• Coordinate care plans with healthcare providers and family members
• Provide education on available resources and services
• Support clients in navigating insurance processes and benefits
• Act as a liaison between clients and healthcare professionals
• Monitor client progress and follow up on care plans
• Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and a passion for helping others
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with healthcare systems and terminology
• Proficiency in using virtual communication tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is a plus
