Absolute Elder Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Remote Registered Nurse to join our Nursing department. This part-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact in the lives of our patients in Ocala. In this entry-level role, you will assist in the coordination of patient care, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 annually, along with flexible working hours that promote work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to elderly patients remotely
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Monitor patient health status and report changes
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient interactions and care provided accurately
• Participate in virtual meetings and training sessions
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Basic knowledge of computer systems and telehealth tools
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in elder care or a healthcare setting is a plus
