Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Transcriptionist to convert audio recordings into accurate written documents. The ideal candidate will have strong listening skills, excellent grammar, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Transcribe audio recordings into clear and accurate written documents
Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, and formatting
Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information
Meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality standards
Communicate with supervisors regarding unclear audio or instructions
Maintain organized records of completed work

Requirements

Previous experience in transcription or administrative work preferred
Strong typing, listening, and proofreading skills
Excellent command of English grammar and punctuation
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
