PQE - 3-5 years. Fluent English

· Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents

· Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions and memoranda

· Supporting litigation and dispute resolution matters, including case strategy, pleadings, and court submissions

· Attending client meetings, hearings, and assisting in case management

· Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

· Liaising with external counsel, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as required

· Maintaining updated knowledge of legal developments in relevant practice areas
