We are seeking a highly skilled Architects & Project Management professional to lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects from concept through completion. This role requires a strong balance of creative design expertise, technical knowledge, and project management leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design development from initial concept to final construction documentation
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and project reports
• Oversee project timelines, risk management, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards
• Conduct site visits and support construction phase activities
• Provide clear communication and leadership throughout all project phases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
• Professional architectural license or relevant certifications (preferred)
• Proven experience in architectural design and project management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
