About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Pre-Sales Manager with exceptional communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will support the sales team in understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams. This role is a blend of client interaction, product knowledge sharing, and business support for driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable solutions.
· Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals.
· Collaborate with the sales team to support lead conversion and prospect nurturing.
· Conduct research on market trends, target customers, and competitor offerings.
· Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, product) to ensure accurate information is shared with clients.
· Assist in creating pitch decks, client documentation, and pre-sales materials.
· Maintain an updated record of client interactions, proposals, and follow-ups.
· Support end-to-end pre-sales cycle to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
· Ability to understand business requirements and explain solutions clearly.
· Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
· Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Good to Have:
· Prior experience in pre-sales, customer service, business development, or sales support (0–2 years).
· Knowledge of CRM tools and sales process is an added advantage.
· Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage deadlines effectively.
