We are hiring an experienced Candidate Sourcer to support US-based recruiting in logistics, freight forwarding, and SaaS logistics companies.

This is a high-activity, performance-driven role focused on sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Apollo, ContactOut, and similar tools
  • Conduct 10–15 phone/Zoom interviews daily
  • Cold call candidates to introduce opportunities and qualify interest
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships
  • Manage pipelines, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/ATS

Requirements:

✔ Proven experience in recruiting, sourcing, or admin support
✔ Fluent English (spoken + written) – must be comfortable on calls
✔ Confident with cold calling and candidate outreach
✔ Professional and active LinkedIn profile required
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Comfortable on Zoom/video interviews
✔ Detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable
✔ Full-time availability (US hours required, occasional weekends)

Fully remote. Compensation: $1000/month + $200 based on targets
