Title: Customer Service Sales Representative
Location: South Charleston, West Virginia, 25303 (100% onsite)
Pay: $12/hr - $15/hr
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
