Typical Day in the Life:
As a Tax Manager in our Tustin, CA office, you can expect to:

• Guide staff to ensure timely, accurate completion of individual and business tax returns.
• Review, approve, and sign tax returns for client distribution.
• Mentor and coach staff to support skill development and career growth.
• Gather tax-related information from clients to prepare accurate returns.
• Examine tax situations from multiple perspectives to maximize client benefits.
• Build relationships, network, and attract new clients or business for the firm.
• Manage client billing for services rendered.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5–7 years of public accounting tax experience.
• Certification: Active CPA license required.
• Knowledge: Broad understanding of tax regulations and ability to analyze financial statements.
• Skills: Problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of clients across industries.
• Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
