Objectives/Purpose of Job:
The Supply Chain Analyst role is responsible for owning and governing Supply Chain master data, system parameters, and supporting documentation for different sites. The role ensures data accuracy, consistency, and compliance by managing and routing change requests, coordinating cross-functional approvals, and maintaining system integrity. In addition, the role provides data analytics and KPI reporting to support supply chain decision-making and operational performance.

Key Activities/Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary owner of Supply Chain master data across planning and execution systems supporting multiple sites.
  • Manage end-to-end master data and system change requests, including intake, impact assessment, routing for approval, implementation tracking, and closure.
  • Ensure alignment between system parameters, SOPs, work instructions, and supporting documentation following approved changes.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, IT, and Planning to ensure changes are reviewed, approved, and implemented accurately.
  • Maintain governance controls, audit trails, and documentation to support internal and external audits.
  • Monitor data integrity and proactively identify and resolve data-related issues impacting supply chain performance.
  • Develop, maintain, and publish Power BI dashboards and reports to support visibility into supply chain KPIs.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support planning, inventory, and operational decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support for cost improvement and continuous improvement initiatives led by Supply Chain leadership.
  • Support weekly and monthly KPI reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • May have to travel

Qualifications/Training:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data across multiple systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with master data governance, change management, or system administration in a supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across functions and communicate impacts of changes clearly.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and reporting.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with supply chain planning systems (e.g., Blue Yonder) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field and/or a professional supply chain certification is preferred.
