Role: Operational Admin
Contract: 3 months (Extension possible)
Location: Bay Area, CA
Key Responsibilities
Team & Event Coordination
- Support planning and execution of team events, offsites, and all-hands meetings
- Coordinate logistics including scheduling, room bookings, catering, and materials
- Assist with onsite event execution and resolve issues in real time
Operational & Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the onsite team
- Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and internal communications as needed
- Track and manage operational tasks to ensure timely completion
Move & Facilities Coordination
- Support team moves, seating arrangements, and workspace setup
- Partner with internal teams (Facilities, IT, and Security) to ensure smooth transitions
Hardware & Asset Management
- Coordinate hardware procurement, inventory tracking, and deployment
- Work with IT teams to ensure timely device setup and distribution
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and assets
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between the onsite team, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure alignment across teams to support operational needs
