Role: Operational Admin

Contract: 3 months (Extension possible)

Location: Bay Area, CA

 

Key Responsibilities

Team & Event Coordination

  • Support planning and execution of team events, offsites, and all-hands meetings
  • Coordinate logistics including scheduling, room bookings, catering, and materials
  • Assist with onsite event execution and resolve issues in real time

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the onsite team
  • Manage calendars, meeting coordination, and internal communications as needed
  • Track and manage operational tasks to ensure timely completion

Move & Facilities Coordination

  • Support team moves, seating arrangements, and workspace setup
  • Partner with internal teams (Facilities, IT, and Security) to ensure smooth transitions

Hardware & Asset Management

  • Coordinate hardware procurement, inventory tracking, and deployment
  • Work with IT teams to ensure timely device setup and distribution
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and assets

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between the onsite team, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure alignment across teams to support operational needs
