Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in structural or civil engineering, construction, or related consulting roles
• Professional certifications such as EIT or PE licensure preferred

Work Environment

Structural Engineers / Consultants may be assigned to a variety of locations, including:

• Outdoor project sites requiring inspections or surveys
• Client offices or project planning locations

The work environment can vary between office-based design work and on-site field visits. Engineers must be prepared to work outdoors in different weather conditions, navigate uneven terrain, and adapt to dynamic construction or project site conditions.

Work Schedule

This role requires flexibility to accommodate project timelines and site inspections. Work hours may include:

• Standard day shifts (typically 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) PST
• Early morning or late afternoon site visits, depending on project requirements
• Occasional weekend or holiday site inspections for project deadlines or critical assessments
