Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating recreational and social activities for residents
• Encourage resident participation and engagement in scheduled activities
• Provide support to residents during activities, ensuring safety and enjoyment

• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback
• Set up and clean up activity areas before and after events
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
