About the Role
This is a high-impact role working directly with the founders on revenue, sales, and growth initiatives. You’ll be at the frontlines of driving business growth — from generating leads to closing deals and shaping go-to-market strategy.
This is not a typical marketing role — it is execution-heavy, sales-driven, and requires strong ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end sales: lead generation → outreach → demo → closing
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Execute cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) at scale
- Work closely with founders on sales strategy & GTM experiments
- Identify and close partnership and business opportunities
- Conduct product demos and client conversations
- Track key revenue and conversion metrics
- Gather customer insights to refine positioning and pitch
- Own client onboarding and ensure smooth implementation
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale
- Build strong relationships to drive retention and repeat business
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively solve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction
- Gather feedback and work with product team to improve experience
Who We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or growth
- Highly energetic, proactive, and execution-focused
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
- High ownership mindset — you get things done
- Willing to work from office (Whitefield, Bangalore)

Compensation
- ₹4.5–5 LPA fixed + ₹3–4 LPA variable (₹8–9 LPA OTE)
