Chaizup is on the lookout for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our vibrant Sales team in Kolkata. This full-time, on-site role provides an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal part in driving sales strategies within the Food and Beverages industry.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales plans, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth in your assigned territory. You will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment with our company’s goals and to elevate the Chaizup brand in the market.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and productivity
- Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Food/Beverages industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as needed
