- Establish and evolve formal Quality processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices
- Engage in discussions with cross-functional teams in coming up with better quality solutions at an organisational level
- Create andmaintain Quality documentation
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated) as per product requirements
- Log,track and close defects and bugs throughout the software development process
- Define and analyze metrics, KPIsto efficiently track and improve progress
