 Corkys BBQ is looking for an enthusiastic Online Order Support Specialist to join our team. This full-time, remote position is based in Memphis and offers a fantastic opportunity to support our customers in their online ordering experience at one of the most beloved restaurant brands in the industry. 

 In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their online orders are processed smoothly and efficiently. You will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing information about our delicious menu offerings. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with their online order inquiries and provide support through various channels
• Process and confirm online orders accurately and efficiently
• Resolve customer issues related to online ordering promptly
• Provide information about menu items, promotions, and delivery options
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
• Collaborate with kitchen and delivery teams to ensure order accuracy
• Document customer feedback and report issues to management
• Stay updated on menu changes and restaurant policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service experience, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Proficient in using computers and various software applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Enthusiasm for food and a passion for delivering great service
