Investment Associate
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Investment Associate to join our team in Delhi. This role is ideal for a financial services professional who excels at both acquiring new business and nurturing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development: Proactively source new clients for a diverse portfolio including Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Life Insurance, and Health Insurance.

Client Management: Service existing clients and identify opportunities to develop future investment possibilities with them.

Sales Targets: Meet monthly performance benchmarks, including:

Generating 60 to 100 SIPs per month (minimum ₹2,000 each).

Executing STPs of ₹5 lakhs per month.

Securing Life Insurance policies totaling ₹50,000 in monthly premiums.

Securing Health Insurance policies totaling ₹50,000 in monthly premiums.

Facilitating Fixed Deposits of ₹1,00,000 per month.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in investment sales or financial consulting.

Certifications: Must be AMFI and IRDAI certified.

Location: Based in Delhi.

Skills: Strong networking abilities, deep knowledge of financial products, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Incentives: Performance-based incentives on sales as per fixed criteria.

Probation: This role includes a 3-month probation period.
