Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete project lifecycle from planning, design coordination, execution to handover of high-rise residential towers.
- Oversee site execution including civil, structural, finishing, MEP, faade, and external development works.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules using MSP / Primavera and ensure milestone achievement.
- Control project cost, budgeting, cash flow planning, and vendor billing certification.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, and contractors.
- Ensure quality control systems and adherence to approved drawings & specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations, RERA norms, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Lead procurement strategy, contractor finalization, and rate negotiations.
- Review risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
- Provide regular MIS reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage large teams including Project Managers, Engineers, QA/QC, Safety, and Planning teams.
- Drive safety culture and ensure zero major incidents on site.

Experience & Qualification: - Minimum 18+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction projects.
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end execution of large-scale residential developments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. PMP certification will be an added advantage.
