Cruz Plumbing & Rooter Services is seeking a reliable Digital Records Accuracy Associate to support our remote administrative team. This role focuses on entering, updating, and verifying service-related data to maintain accurate records across company systems. This is a fully remote opportunity suitable for candidates who are detail-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter customer information, service details, and job updates into company databases
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Update digital records related to plumbing service requests and completed jobs
  • Organize and maintain electronic files and documentation
  • Assist with preparing service reports and summaries
  • Perform routine data checks to identify missing or incorrect information
  • Support administrative staff with basic data-related tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
  • Communicate with team members to clarify incomplete records when needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills (typing, email, and data entry software)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Reliable internet connection required
  • Ability to meet deadlines and maintain productivity

Preferred Skills

  • Previous data entry or administrative experience
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets or database systems
