DaxBot Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented Data QA Associate to support our ADA operations in Philomath. This is a part-time, on-site role (~10 hours/week) ideal for students or early-career candidates interested in data, accessibility, operations, or robotics.

As an ADA data associate, you will play a crucial role in placing ‘Robots in the service of Humanity’. We do jobs that are dirty, dull, or dangerous by using our robot helpers to help improve the quality of life for humans. This role will aid in data quality assurance as our robots collect information about public facilities such as sidewalks, crosswalks, and curb ramps.

Our hourly salary ranges from $17 to $25, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Inspect collected data for completeness
• Categorize data and process defects
• QA processed data and report pass/fail rates
• Provide quality feedback to collection and engineering

• Strong attention to detail—you notice things others miss
• Reliable and self-directed; able to stay productive with minimal supervision
• Strong commitment to quality
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Proficient with excel and other common computer programs
• Previous experience in a technical environment is a plus
