Job Description:
We are seeking a Telesales Executive to support our real estate sales operations by contacting potential clients, qualifying leads, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities. The role focuses on off-plan and ready real estate products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing clients via phone to promote real estate projects.
- Qualify leads and understand client needs and budgets.
- Present project details, pricing, and payment plans clearly and professionally.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with clients and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly call, lead conversion, and sales targets.
- Handle client objections and provide accurate responses.
- Update clients on new projects, offers, and availability.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales or call center roles (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work with targets and KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales processes.
- CRM experience is preferred.
- Professional phone etiquette and follow-up discipline.
