As an Account Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing the financial operations of our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring timely processing of invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Assist with month-end closing procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies
• Prepare and process payment batches
• Respond to vendor inquiries and manage relationships
• Participate in financial audits as required

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of commercial real estate financial practices is a plus
