Eagle Termite and Pest Control is looking for a motivated Call Center Representative to join our Customer Service team. This full-time remote position based in Seaside Heights offers a fantastic opportunity to engage with customers and support them in resolving issues related to pest control services.
In this role, you will be an essential point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately. As part of the Public Safety industry, you'll play a critical role in helping our customers maintain safe and pest-free environments. We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $25 - $30, along with additional training and career development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Document interactions accurately in our customer management system
- Provide information about services and schedule appointments
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Assist in training new staff as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
