Role Overview
The Senior Leasing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for converting leads into signed leases, managing the leasing pipeline, supporting sales initiatives, and helping increase occupancy across properties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and operations, with a focus on driving measurable results..
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into signed leases
- Coordinate and schedule property viewings with prospective tenants
- Manage the leasing pipeline and CRM data
- Work closely with marketing to optimize property listings and campaigns
- Support occupancy targets and leasing revenue goals
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior leasing staff
- Generate reports on leasing performance, trends, and conversion rates
Requirements
- 2–3+ years in leasing, sales, or property management
- Proven ability to meet or exceed leasing targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and lead tracking
- Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-property management
- Knowledge of local leasing laws and tenant screening processes
- Leadership or team mentoring experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000/year
- Performance-based Bonus: up to $20,000
- Total OTE: $75,000–$90,000/year
