As an Customer service specialist , you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative functions, supporting our agents and clients alike. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide exceptional service and maintain our high standards in the real estate sector. We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $20 - $25, along with a supportive work environment that values teamwork and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily office tasks and clerical duties
  • Manage correspondence and communication with clients
  • Organize and maintain filing systems both physically and digitally
  • Support agents with transaction management and documentation
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the team
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Familiarity with office equipment and software (e.g., MS Office)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in data entry and record-keeping
