We’re solving a broken system: slow hiring, high costs, and lack of access to top-tier finance talent.
Role Overview
We are looking for a builder CEO — someone who can take ownership of execution, drive growth, and scale Fintant from early traction to a high-growth company.
This is not a corporate CEO role.
This is an operator role.
You will lead:
• Growth
• Partnerships
• Execution
• Market expansion
What You’ll Do
• Own and drive overall company execution and growth
• Build and execute go-to-market strategy
• Lead partnerships (VCs, startups, institutions)
• Convert early traction into scalable revenue
• Work closely with founder on product and strategy
• Hire and build the initial team
• Represent Fintant externally (clients, partners, investors)
• Turn ambiguity into structured execution
What We’re Looking For
• Strong entrepreneurial background (startup, venture, or operator)
• Proven experience in building, scaling, or leading initiatives
• Ability to execute fast with limited resources
• Strong network in startups, finance, or tech ecosystem
• Commercial mindset (growth, revenue, partnerships)
• High ownership and accountability
• Comfortable in early-stage ambiguity
Nice to Have
• Experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or talent platforms
• Exposure to finance, fintech, or consulting
• Fundraising or investor relations experience
