Role Overview

We are hiring a Creative Specialist to support our visual content needs and reduce reliance on subcontractors. This role focuses on producing high-quality, on-brand visual assets using a mix of design tools and AI-assisted platforms.

This is a priority role aimed at bringing creative work in-house while maintaining speed, consistency, and quality.

Key Goal

Reduce dependency on external subcontractors by producing consistent, high-quality visual assets internally.

Responsibilities

• Create visual content using Canva Pro, Photoshop, and AI tools
• Produce graphics for digital use (social media, marketing, content assets, etc.)
• Use AI tools (e.g., InVideo or similar) to assist with creative production
• Follow brand guidelines, templates, and creative briefs
• Edit, resize, and optimize images for different platforms
• Manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines
• Apply feedback quickly and accurately

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience with Canva Pro (required)
• Working knowledge of Photoshop
• Experience or familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g., InVideo)
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Ability to follow creative instructions and SOPs
• Reliable internet connection and suitable device for design work

Workload Expectations

• Approx. 40–100 images per month
• Volume may vary depending on project needs and performance

Compensation

• Hourly, based on experience and skill level
• Final rate discussed during the hiring process
