As a Pharmacist at GEM Hospital, you will play a critical role in managing medication therapy, providing drug information, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and verify prescriptions for accuracy and completeness
• Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare staff
• Monitor patient medication therapies and assess their effectiveness
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Participate in patient care rounds and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Educate patients on proper medication use and potential side effects
• Assist in inventory management and procurement of pharmaceuticals

Requirements

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• Valid pharmacy license to practice in India
• Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
