Job Title: Cheese Maker – Commercial Production
Location: Tillsonburg, ON Canada
Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cheese Maker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience producing Mozzarella, Feta, Paneer, and other varieties of cheese at commercial volumes in a plant setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality Mozzarella, Feta, Paneer, and various other cheeses according to established recipes and production standards.
- Operate and maintain cheese-making equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Monitor quality control throughout the production process.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and schedules.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of practical cheese-making experience in a commercial production plant.
- Strong knowledge of cheese-making processes and techniques, including Paneer production.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining high product quality and safety standards.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
