Job Title: Cheese Maker – Commercial Production

Location: Tillsonburg, ON Canada

Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Cheese Maker to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience producing Mozzarella, Feta, Paneer, and other varieties of cheese at commercial volumes in a plant setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality Mozzarella, Feta, Paneer, and various other cheeses according to established recipes and production standards.
  • Operate and maintain cheese-making equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Monitor quality control throughout the production process.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of practical cheese-making experience in a commercial production plant.
  • Strong knowledge of cheese-making processes and techniques, including Paneer production.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to maintaining high product quality and safety standards.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
