As a Treasury Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing the organization's financial transactions and ensuring efficient cash flow. You will work closely with the HR team to support various financial operations that contribute to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily cash transactions and reconciliations
• Support treasury operations and ensure accurate reporting
• Monitor bank accounts and maintain accurate financial records
• Collaborate with the HR team to process payroll and benefits-related transactions
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review
• Assist in cash forecasting and liquidity management
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Provide support for various financial projects as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or related field is a plus
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
