​​​​​​We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BDM – Hi-tech Farmer to manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the networking and semiconductor sectors. This role focuses on account farming— driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and uncovering new opportunities within established accounts in the High-Tech industry.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow strategic Hi-tech accounts in the networking and semiconductor verticals.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with key client stakeholders (engineering, procurement, product, and executive levels).
  • Identify cross-sell, upsell, and solution expansion opportunities aligned with client roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery teams, and product managers to craft tailored solutions.
  • Drive account planning, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and long-term growth strategies.
  • Understand customer technical environments and evolving needs across semiconductor and networking domains.
  • Track market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to stay ahead of opportunities.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement through proactive support and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree ; MBA is an advantage.
  • 13+ years of account management/business development experience, with at least 7+ years in the HLS industry.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue in large strategic accounts.
  • Excellent client-facing communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with global delivery teams in an IT services or technology solutions environment.
