Role: Licensed Vocational Nurse, (LVN)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and medical information
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene
- Change wound dressings and provide basic wound care
- Collect samples for laboratory testing
- Observe patients and report changes in condition to RNs or physicians
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families about healthcare needs and treatment plans
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Assist physicians and registered nurses during examinations and procedures

Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing program
- Active TX, LVN/LPN license in the state
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Previous clinical experience may be preferred by employers
