Role: Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP), Part Time

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher
• Healthcare (1+ years)
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Practice Partner EMR
  • EHR Implementation
• Valid Speech Therapist in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)? (yes)
• Are you okay with the required travel for this position? (yes)

Key Responsibilities: 

● Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.
● Support patients in Erie, PA and surrounding areas Travel.
● Ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p, 1 weekend a month, 2 holiday’s a year.
