Job Description: Fresher for Ecommerce (Business Development Executive) in Indore

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Business Development Executive to join our e-commerce team. The primary responsibility will be to contact online sellers on platforms like Meesho, Amazon, and Flipkart, explain our company’s services, and convince them to onboard with us.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong interest in sales and business growth.

Salary - 12k to 18k

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to e-commerce sellers on Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Explain the company’s  services clearly to potential clients.
• Convince sellers to  register for the company’s services.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly for conversions.
• Build and maintain good relationships with sellers.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Report daily call activities and progress to the team lead or manager

Requirements

• Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Good telephone etiquette and confidence while speaking
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
