Position Overview:
High Bluff Academy is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Specialist to serve as a primary point of contact for students, parents, and prospective families. This role is essential in delivering a welcoming, responsive, and high-quality experience that reflects the academy’s commitment to academic excellence and personalized education. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate and timely information about programs, enrollment, scheduling, and services
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and prospective families by delivering exceptional customer service
- Assist with the enrollment process, including guiding families through applications, documentation, and program selection
- Coordinate scheduling for classes, tutoring sessions, and academic consultations
- Maintain and update student records, databases, and CRM systems with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary
- Collaborate with academic staff and administrators to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation
- Contribute to a positive office environment aligned with High Bluff Academy’s mission and values
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in customer service, education, or administrative support
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in an educational or service-oriented environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or student information systems
- Professional demeanor with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Work Environment:
