As the Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that support our team and contribute to our company's mission of delivering quality products to our customers. We offer a competitive salary range of $69,000 - $99,000 annually, along with a dynamic workplace culture that fosters growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and maintain office supplies inventory
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications
- Support HR with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Facilitate a positive work environment and foster team collaboration
- Perform general clerical duties to support staff as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
