On behalf of our client, we are looking for a HRBP who will be part of global HR team and work with senior business leaders and various stakeholders to shape how to grow, lead, and perform. You'll move between big-picture organizational strategy and on-the-ground execution turning people insights into decisions that matter.

Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a true HRBP role with hands on capabilities and mindset.
- Proven track record supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment ideally in tech, fintech, or financial services.
- Deep working knowledge of EU employment law; familiarity with GDPR regulatory frameworks is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience across core HR disciplines: talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations.
- Proficiency with HiBob or a comparable HRIS.
Job Responsibilities
- Be a team player in global HR team - you’ll work closely with all HR domains professionals team members (e.g. Talent Acquisition) to cooperate on the requirements for implementing global processes, programs and policies.
- Lead and partner on HR related projects and process from initiation to execution with ‘can-do’ and hands-on attitude.
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to senior leaders across your assigned business units in Limassol.
- Implement actionable people plans with clear timelines, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with HR Operations to direct and executed in high professional manner.
- Improve HR process adoption by simplifying workflows and removing friction.
- Lead complex employee relations matters with fairness, speed, and sound judgment.
- Ensure the company remains fully compliant with Cyprus and EU Labour Law and applicable regulations such as GDPR.
- Develop and maintain HR policies that protect the business and reflect our values.
- Champion effective use of HiBob across your client groups driving system hygiene and digital HR capability.
- Report directly to CHRO.
