Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML & Data Science professional to drive Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for enterprise use cases. The role involves working on advanced analytics, building scalable AI systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI applications (LLMs, RAG, embeddings)
• Work on prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI workflows
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for business use cases
• Develop and deploy ML models and predictive analytics solutions
• Work on NLP, forecasting, recommendation systems, and clustering/classification problems
• Perform feature engineering and model optimization
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python
• Integrate AI/ML models into enterprise systems
• Ensure code performance, scalability, and reusability
• Deploy models in production environments (cloud platforms preferred)
• Work with MLOps pipelines, REST APIs, and microservices
• Monitor model performance and enable continuous improvement

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI/ML modeling
• Hands-on experience with Python
• Experience in Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, RAG, prompt engineering)
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
