Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Airport Operations Officer in Dubai to support the efficient coordination of airport and travel operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in airport operations, aviation services, passenger handling, flight coordination, ground operations, and travel management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily airport operations and ground handling activities
• Monitor flight schedules, arrivals, departures, and operational performance
• Ensure smooth passenger flow and operational efficiency
• Liaise with airlines, airport authorities, ground handling teams, and service providers
• Support baggage handling, boarding processes, and passenger service operations
• Monitor operational compliance with aviation safety regulations
• Handle operational reports, incident documentation, and flight records
• Assist in resolving operational disruptions and passenger service issues
• Ensure adherence to airport security, safety, and customer service standards
• Support travel and tourism operations related to airport services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Tourism, Travel Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of airport procedures and aviation regulations
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting systems
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• UAE aviation or travel industry experience preferred
