Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor in Abu Dhabi to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in quantity take-off, cost planning, contract management, tender evaluation, and construction cost control.

Key Responsibilities

·        Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project budgets

·        Conduct quantity take-off from drawings and project specifications

·        Manage project costing, budgeting, and financial reporting

·        Evaluate subcontractor quotations and prepare tender documentation

·        Monitor project expenses and control construction costs

·        Assist in contract administration and variation orders

·        Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams

·        Ensure compliance with project specifications and UAE construction standards

·        Prepare valuation reports and progress payment applications

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

·        Strong knowledge of construction costing, BOQ preparation, and contract management

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software tools

·        Experience in UAE construction projects preferred

·        Strong analytical and numerical skills

·        Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

·        Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
