Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate in Abu Dhabi to support business growth within our insurance division. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance sales, customer relationship management, lead generation, policy promotion, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

·        Promote and sell insurance products and services to new and existing clients

·        Generate leads through networking, referrals, and customer outreach

·        Build strong client relationships and maintain customer satisfaction

·        Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and benefits clearly

·        Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

·        Process customer inquiries, quotations, and policy applications

·        Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports

·        Coordinate with underwriting and customer support teams

·        Stay updated on insurance market trends and company offerings

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred

·        Experience in insurance industry preferred

·        Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

·        Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

·        Knowledge of insurance products and policy procedures

·        Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office

·        UAE sales experience preferred
