Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a compassionate and reliable Ward Boy to support daily operations within our hospital and healthcare facilities in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist medical staff by ensuring patient comfort, cleanliness, and smooth ward operations, while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospital wards, clinics, or healthcare support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and basic care needs
• Transport patients safely between wards, diagnostic areas, and treatment rooms
• Maintain cleanliness of wards, patient rooms, and common areas
• Assist nurses and healthcare staff with non-clinical support tasks
• Handle hospital equipment and supplies responsibly
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols
• Dispose of medical waste according to hospital guidelines
• Provide respectful and compassionate support to patients and families

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Ward Boy, Hospital Attendant, or Healthcare Support Staff
• Basic understanding of hospital hygiene and patient care practices
• Ability to work in a physically demanding healthcare environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate attitude and professional conduct
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare centres
• Knowledge of infection control procedures and patient handling techniques
• Previous work experience in Dubai or UAE healthcare facilities
