About the Role
Innovexis is looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Financial Analyst Trainer to guide students in building strong financial analysis and business decision-making skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online training sessions on financial analysis concepts
- Cover topics such as:
- Financial Statement Analysis
- Excel for Finance (Advanced Excel)
- Financial Modeling
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Ratio Analysis
- Valuation Techniques (DCF, Comparable Analysis)
- Create course materials, assignments, and real-world case studies
- Guide students on projects and practical implementations
- Provide career guidance and interview preparation support
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of finance fundamentals and analysis techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools
- Understanding of financial modeling and valuation
- Good communication and teaching skills
- Prior training or mentoring experience is a plus
- Certifications like CFA (Level 1+), FRM, or relevant finance background (preferred)
Working Hours
- Flexible (2–4 hours per day)
- Weekend availability is a plus
