Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager
Role Objective: To support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate engagement to ensure timely hiring of quality talent aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand job requirements and create effective job postings.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure proper documentation.
• Provide regular recruitment status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA HR preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
