KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 Business Development: Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across manufacturing units, pharma, chemical, packaging, and heavy engineering industries. 

 Technical Consulting: Understand customer technical specifications, evaluate their application requirements, and recommend the right vacuum pumps or industrial machinery solutions. 

 Client Visits & Demos: Conduct regular field visits, factory visits, and product demonstrations to prospective clients around the industrial hubs of Bhiwandi, Thane, and nearby regions. 

 Commercial Execution: Prepare detailed and accurate technical quotations, handle price negotiations, finalize payment terms, and close sales orders. 

 Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), and distributors to ensure repeat business. 

 Payment Collection: Coordinate with clients for timely payment collections and ensure hassle-free execution of order dispatches. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 

 Education: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering (Candidates with a strong industrial sales track record will also be considered). 

 Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales / B2B environment. 

 Industry Knowledge: Hands-on experience or solid understanding of vacuum pumps (e.g., liquid ring, dry vacuum, oillubricated) or related industrial machinery/capital equipment is highly preferred. 

 Skills: Strong negotiation, technical presentation, and relationship-building skills. 

 Language: Fluency in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Marathi is a major advantage for local client coordination. 

 Travel Expectation: Must travel comfortably and reliably to client locations around Bhiwandi, Thane, and nearby manufacturing hubs for field updates.
